Like that's two hours right there.
If I take those two hours at the beginning of the day,
I'm I've got like an eight hour block where I can work.
Whereas if I try to like skimp them, like go for a short walk and then like let them run around at the park on the way to the shop for like 10, 15 minutes, then I might get like three, four hours.
And then he starts to get restless and then there's distractions and I got to take them on a walk and yada, yada, yada.
And it's, it's better to like front load.
and then have the block of time to get work done because then it's not a start and stop situation.
It's not constantly trying to restart the engine.
It's just like do the thing at the beginning, like let him get the energy out and then he's game for for, you know, taking a nap for eight hours.
I'm trying to think of folks toward the beginning, what would be the reinforcement?
Is it making smaller objects, just completion of projects, smaller objects that are there, they're done,
You photograph them.
You know that they're documented.
You remember being able to work on them and then you can compile more and more smaller objects.
And then that way over time, the more complex objects don't feel as daunting because you've developed skill.
Yeah, because I think that's that's one of the things that happens early on is like you made a box and now I'm going to make something.
whatever a fucking, I'm going to build my whole kitchen, right?
Like I'm going to make a Chester drawers.
I'm going to make X, Y, and Z. And it's like, or, or just make another fucking box, like make five, five, six boxes before you move on to like the next project, you know, compile successes.
The to-do list of like just knocking shit off.
