you might as well start understanding that rest is not coming.

So like even today, it's an optional show up for practice kind of practice, right?
They don't have a lot of practice time.
Today was one of the days, but because they need the rest so much, you know, there might be guys who don't show up to practice today just because they want to get the extra rest that they can because...
You know, the Gensels, the Kucherovs, the Hagels, the Sorelles, you know, they're playing 22 minutes, 23 minutes a night, right?
So rest is a weapon, but it's hard to find the time for it right now because 1 o'clock game on Saturday, 5 o'clock game on Sunday, then Tuesday, Thursday, then you're back to a 5 o'clock.
So you don't even have morning skates.
to try and work on some things practice-wise.
So it's a big balance situation here for the coaching staff about finding them rest, but also wanting to make sure that you're staying sharp and on top of your game.
