So what did they do?
You know, I heard every rattlesnake joke after I got bit.
And there's one that's these three guys are out hiking and someone gets bit here.
And they go to the doctor and the guy says, you gotta go back and suck it out of him.
And the guy just says to him, you're gonna die.
So maybe you die with a coral snake.
Just leave you dying.
When we were young, they had these little rattlesnake kits.
I'm a little older than you, but it was insane what they told people to do back then.
They told you to cut yourself and then put a tourniquet and then suck the venom out, which is completely insane because when a rattlesnake
they never hold on a rattlesnake.
They strike and let go immediately and then they track their prey.
And it's literally like a hypodermic needle going into your body and the venom is already, just like when they inject you with something, it's already in you, you can't suck.
whatever a doctor puts.
So what should you do if you get bit by a rattlesnake?
Be mellow.
In my case, I walked to my car.
Luckily, I wasn't too far away from my car, and I was up in the mountains about an hour away from a hospital.
I drove, well, I drove like a bat out of hell to the hospital, actually.
But you're supposed to be calm and get to a hospital.
