I mean, sure.

Yeah, like this one thing about like that that sucks.

I'm I'm mad in the moment.

But the as soon as you can reorient towards, well I can adapt to this.

And you take responsibility for your own bench, you give the power to yourself.

And I understand the temptation, the immediate gratification of saying, no, that was out of my control.

And many athletes

are human.

In fact, I think they all are.

Even though we we see these crazy performances that seem superhuman.

I I've I've I'm I haven't checked, you know, but um I haven't done blood testing.

But no, like they can all seriousness um

It is a common trait among high level, consistent, high level performing athletes in well developed sports that they include even more than is reasonable or logical within their locus of control.

When they get hurt, they go, What could I have done differently?

Even if it was a freak accident.

When uh a ridiculous bench rule uh changes and they lose twenty keys off their bench, they go, No, no, no, that's not their problem.

I got that because it gives them the agency to overcome it in the future.

And it is the athletes who blame outward who need to have a quite the genetic talent or be in a underdeveloped sport to where they can um basically

maintain an attitude which is facilitative to worse performance and still be at that level.

So huge kudos to her.
