Your profits might take some hits in the short term, but you will long-term benefit from taking principled stance.

McKinsey has done a series of studies that show that, you know, those companies that stay true to their DEI ideals, if you look at other companies that have moved away in the same sector, the companies that stay true to those ideals have a better, healthier bottom line.
So there's an economic case that can be made for all of these things in addition to the moral one.
And that's the deal about MAGA, you know, Make America Great Again.

You know, that's a vision of 1950s America that we saw on television, but was not consistent with discrimination that African Americans had to endure, the way in which women were kept in their place.
Forget about people in the LGBTQ community.
That is, I think, kind of what
Trump and his folks think is an American ideal and is not consistent with what America actually was like in the 1950s.
And so, you know, focusing on where we are now and where we want to be is, I think, good for the country.
It's also good business planning.
