So one, be authentic.
Two, some of the best leaders out there identify as introverts.
I think it was something like uh they interviewed in Forbes or Fortune 500, and it was actually some majority of the
top leadership CEOs were like
Oh yeah, I'm an introvert.
And they can turn it on when necessary in certain situations.
But that introvert character brings different things to the team, different different advantages.
So um I I I don't I want to encourage people not to be afraid of their introversion and to be self aware and to be able to talk about it or the balance of those two ends uh at the same time.

non-native English speakers and uh their different cultures that may make them not as open.
I think it very much depends on goals.
Certainly in the MBA world, if somebody's applying to an MBA, say in the United States or the UK and they're coming from say, I'll use the example again of South Korea.
Um if their stated goal in their essays
talks about relocating to the US after that program.
Then yeah, they need to be able to express themselves in a way that is sort of like Western standard or American standard, which tends to be a lot more open.
If, however, they're talking about, no, I want to come to uh say Georgetown, right?
McDonough, and do an MB there because I really like the quality of the education and the network that I'll build there, but I want to take that degree and come back to Korea where I come from and use those skills there, because this is my specific goal, XYZ.
That would not
