Um, talking about religion, I had a client and I think I spoke about this a little bit at the AGET conference, which is how we all know each other, by the way, the uh Association for International Graduate Admission.
It's no placement.

Uh how I had a client uh a year or two ago who was applying for a couple of top schools in the states.
He's Mormon and he was really worried about having that appear on his CV, but his experiences as a Mormon were incredible.
That first of all, they all go, I think at 18 years old, off for two years to a foreign country.
In this case, it was Mexico.
He picked up Spanish, which he now speaks fluently.
He had a leadership position among his Mormon group.
Um, and he did a couple of like
non-for-profit kind of stuff like while he was in Mexico he created an association to help women who are victims of domestic violence there to have a pathway to to get to safety and to get back to so it's like incredible incredible stuff that business schools are absolutely looking for and to just
Prove this point during our AGAX Summer with the Schools uh series when we had a uh a a meeting with the director of admissions at Harvard at the time.
I asked this question about this particular candidate.
And they were like, We love the Mormon community, first of all.
But in general, um, you know, it these experiences are not an issue at all.
Uh, for sure in in North America to speak about that if it's again central to your story and it highlights some of your leadership potential, um, international exposure, teamwork, great stuff.
