And that's why it's so important to have someone you trust to proofread and catch those things.
And that's like obviously a great argument for working with the consultant.
But then there's the interview side where
You're less likely to have that kind of a mistake and more likely to have the kind of mistake where you know you're probably applying to at least three, four, five schools, right?
It's kind of a healthy range, and you've done the research in all these schools, and you might have like superimposed the detail from one school and applied it onto another.
And you start talking in the interview about I don't know, the amazing volleyball team at Kellogg, and like, oops, you didn't win the tournament that year, Harvard.
You know, whatever.
Something like that.
And I think
I think uh you know, hopefully you realize it and I think the best thing to do is to own it.
You know, it always comes down to authenticity and like how you 'cause it it you know, an interview, just like your application in general and business school in general, is a sort of
miniature version microcosm for the real world or the business world and you know mistakes happen and how do you recover for them?
Can you acknowledge them?
Can you recover with grace?
Can you fix the mistake?
I think and making people feel better, making connections, smoothing it over, whether it's about making the boss happy or the client happy.
Um things go on, right?
Mistakes happen.
We're human.
