First of all, thanks for having me.
Secondly, yeah, it was fantastic.
It was tough listening to a bit of that and just thinking back to a team in the Wolves going to the Western Conference Final a couple times in a row.
I will say from the coaching standpoint, I think everything's cool.
There's a lot of respect and momentum behind Chris Finch.
In terms of the rest of the roster, you leave that series if you're a Wolves fan and then probably if you're Finch and Tim Connolly and company with the Wolves and you're thinking, we don't belong at that table with OKC and San Antonio right now.
And so things have to change.
I think Julius Randle, this is going to be one of those
you can't fire me, I quit type of situations where there might be momentum brewing to him finding his way out this summer.
Rudy Gobert is somebody that this team traded a bunch for, brought him into Minnesota, very productive, terrific defensive player.
But he kind of solved the Denver Nuggets issue.
He has become an issue and in some cases a liability in other issues and other series via matchup.
So I expect and anticipate a lot of changes this summer.
You're looking at two teams in the Western Conference Final, by the way.
The San Antonio Spurs via drafting in more recent times.
Wemby, the unicorn that he is, but you look at Castle.
You look at Harper and all these young cats that they brought in, Devin Vassell, et cetera.
And then the 1,500 hits in a row that Presti and company and OKC have put together.
The Wolves are just like everyone else in the West right now, scrambling to get better and looking up at those two teams.
So myriad changes, I believe, coming to Minnesota this summer for the Wolves.
