There's a few, but most of the things that are in the book are well proven, well established.

There's not only case studies of it in action, but there's also research about what those case studies show in the aggregate.

I I'm always very wary of business books cherry picking their case studies.

A lot of modern mission-driven books are very rah-rah.

We just gotta do better, or very pessimistic.

Everything sucks and we're all gonna die.

And we may.

That's true.
