The White House Office of Management and Budget accuses schools of using the now frozen funds in prior years to support what it calls a radical left wing agenda.
The Cusbuck School District has schools in seven villages in Western Alaska and Superintendent Madeline Aguillard says that couldn't be further from the truth.
