I mean, you know, I I I think like like what I said earlier w when it comes to like uh you know what when things go to shit, right?
Which things go to shit a lot, um, it's like how can you actually get out of it?
And it's like, um, you know, well, you gotta prove that your competence, right, to everyone else.
And and and that's how you make everyone optimistic.
Um, because there's, you know, there not always your company's going well, right?
You know, there there's also like times where like, you know, I think like vision is really important.
How can you actually build like a really good vision?
And how can you actually have something so powerful that like, you know, everyone wants to get behind it, right?
Like I think, you know, starting a company or modern company, you know, this is like a very loose comparison, but it's like uh military leaders back, um, you know, the the equivalent of people kind of starting enterprises now um is essentially people if you look at the best companies, they have like very cultish, very uh strong goals, right?
Very strong cultures.
And so it's like military leaders back in, you know.
know, uh the 1700s, 1800s, and it's like, how does people like Napoleon get thousands of people, millions of people across across, you know, France to actually get behind this one singular vision?
Hmm.
And they're put everyone's putting their life on the line, right?
Mm.
To to fight for the this war that that that you know slightly affects them.
No you know.
And how can you actually sell a vision to them that they're gonna go into battle with you?
Um and and it's very comparable
suit to um or a very loose comparison, but very comparable to building a company, which is like, how can you actually sell a vision to get everyone that has, you know, a lot of upside, right, and a lot of great talent to actually fight with you and actually build this company from the ground up.
