And what I kind of look for is one, are they actually hungry to build things?
You know, one of the big mistakes I made was I hired a lot of old people at my um last company.

And it's like if you're 40 and you're fucking working at, you know, like like a like a a start like a startup or like if you're not like you know building anything significant, right?
Um, you know, that that's just bad talent overall.
And so if I'm
able to index off of really young and hungry talent that i is going to be very successful um when they are twenty five.
Um that that's kind of my hiring philosophy.

I wanna get the most ambitious and they're also underpriced too.
I want to get the most ambitious uh talents all all around that uh you know you know and and to to basically build build very interesting things.

But yeah, uh it didn't really inspire me, but it was But you like you like the type of it.
Silicon Valley is a place to be like a very obscene thing.
