And so with all advice, I think we need to take it on board and go, okay, does this fit with me?

Instead of one size fits all advice.

I think there are principles that are useful.

I've attempted in this book to lay out what I think are a lot of principles.

But if you look at my story, going to treatment, long-term treatment is a pretty radical big step.

But I was a homeless heroin addict.

Like I needed a radical big step.

And even within that, it was the little, you know, each day that I chose not to walk out of the treatment center.

But it's not to say like what's small for me might be you might need a bigger change.

It's there's no rules, I guess, is the is the point.
