There is no fear in my mind of what Dylan Cease is going to bring.
Do I think it's a little diminished right now?
Absolutely.
I don't think anybody's their strongest right now.
I don't care if you're Jacob Mizorowski or Cam Schlittler, the Cy Young Award winners for this year in the NL and AL.
they're not at 100% of where they were at the beginning of the year.
It might look like it, but that's why they're elite of the elite.
In my opinion, if you say, you know, I'm nervous about Dylan Cease,
You shouldn't have given him the $210 million before the season.
You shouldn't have looked at him and gone, this guy can anchor our rotation for the next seven years.
He is a guy that you need to trust with the ball because of what he's done and what he can do.
And the veteran...
leadership or ability that he has.
And so I a hundred percent trust it.
And we had KP Kevin Pilar on our show the other day, and he brought up a stat that the team is when Terrence, Terrence Brockington, Demarius TBD pitches, the team's 18 and five.
Here is where I am skeptical about that part of it.
