The Tigers went out of the trade deadline as the lowest strikeout bullpen in Major League Baseball.
And they went out and got
The bargain been strikeout guys.
They did not go out and get a massive haul of strikeout pitchers.
Maybe even guys with like a higher ERA that actually strike dudes out.
Kyle Finnegan came in.
They've upped his splitter usage.
So his strikeouts are there.
I just don't think AJ Hinch has the same options to go to.
So he's gotta, he's gotta wave his magic baseball and make things happen a little bit more than Voter does.
The issue is.
Voter ain't getting no offense.
Voter needs to go over to the bat rack and like maybe like take a few at bats because my guy was my guy was an all-star and he could swing it from the left side.
So that's where I think Voter is like, I need to swing my my batter magic and he and Hinchy's Hinchy's uh swinging his bullpen magic.
It's gotta look like them not giving away outs.
I know that sounds stupid, but it's gotta look like Hunter Green continuing to throw strikes, even though he's not gonna get a lot of punch outs.
