Or when Murakami came over and he could, you know, he came in and it was, it was, well, he's only got power, but he can't hit.

You know, it was a lot of striking, no, no velocity to me, what I've seen out of cause this year.

And obviously I haven't watched them every day, but yeah,

He's made me look at him when he's at bat, which is cool for the Jays because they have a guy in that lineup besides Vladdy who you're like, I want to come and watch this guy play.

And what's cool is the fact that he came in with the hit tool.

and was clearly going to be a better defender than Murakami over in Chicago.

And the Jays, anytime you take a import player, somebody that's played in another country, there's a little bit of a risk of acclimation and all that stuff.

And it seems like these guys on the team really, really like him.

And he's made the adjustments from not just being a really good hitter, a guy that's going to be a, you know, maybe a 12 to 18 type of home run guy to still have good contact, still put together good at bats and be like, I'm gonna go take my shots.

And he has hit some absolute nukes this year.

So I'm I'm excited for this contract for Blue Jays fans.

I don't think you really know it's a long at bat until you're at like 10 to 12 pitches.

The fact that it's like the third longest at bat since 2000, the fact that it was curve ball, fastball, foul ball, high, low foul, but like, and the fact that you were at, I think they were at two, two for the majority.

I think it was like 14 of the pitches.

They were at two, two.

To me, the only thing I'm doing, and I played in an era where we didn't have the pitch clock and pitch comp, so it was like I could take my time.

I would definitely have...

taking my time.

And so that's where I would have, I would have tried to adjust my time.

And it probably would have been like two or three pitches where I'm like, bang, hit the pitch, hit the pitch on the pitch, calm and let's go.
