For those who are assistant coaches and they want to become head coaches, whether that's high school assistant to high school head coach, or if you're a high school head coach and you want to become a college coach, what advice do you have for that individual who's wanting to kind of climb the ladder of coaching?

Knowing what you know now, if you could go back to your first day as a coach and talk to yourself and give yourself advice, what would you tell him?

I think there's so much here that whether it's a player or a coach or a parent that they can learn if they want and have dreams and aspirations of playing at the next level or coaching at the next level.

And so to your point of recruiting locally, like that's gonna get me in your gym is to come watch somebody that I know.

And I I think that's a really smart strategy.
