It really does.
So I spend so much time just like managing the stuff and not painting.
I know that.
I can't remember if we were talking about this before we started or once we started, but you know, that, you know, this idea of like being able to observe the things that have happened that I have done.
And also recognizing the fact that like losing both of my parents six and a half months apart was like,
one of the most brutal things, if not the most brutal thing I have ever experienced.
And grief is physically exhausting.
Absolutely.
And so like, just recognizing that my body has needed rest, and that that is okay, you know, giving myself permission to also be like a tender, vulnerable, hurting human, right?
There's such a, there's such a culture, especially in this country of like,
productivity equals worth and, and rest is considered a four letter word, you know?
And it's not like we, especially because we're creating with our bodies, right?
Like we have to take care of this little human suit that we wear and,
And so thank you.
Thank you for giving me grace and reminding me to give myself grace.
You can't track what you don't measure.
And I have been resisting that like basically my entire life because my brain says, well, that involves math.
