Inside this massive church in his hometown, a huge turnout is expected and his mother is planning a fitting celebration.

According to a newly released incident report, his mother reported her 18-year-old son missing at around 12.22 a.m.
His body was found a day later on the northwest tip of Horn Island.
Nolan went on an Independence Day boat ride with friends to the island just off the Mississippi coast.
But his friends returned to the mainland without him.
In audio of a call obtained by NBC News through a records request, someone on the boat reported a mechanical failure to a private towing company.
The towing dispatcher reached out to a local boat captain to help.
But the company says it did not end up towing the boat, saying to NBC News in a statement, before assistance was rendered, the vessel owner advised that sea tow was no longer needed because help had already been obtained.
Sea tow's involvement concluded at that point.
Now, Nolan's community prepares to say goodbye while struggling with a haunting mystery.
