And I'm thinking it's going to be especially for the newer YNABers, you know, maybe the YNABers that have signed up in the past year, year and a half, because we've done a lot of work on cleaning up the information that the bank sends us when we import transactions.

And so a lot of times they come over really, really pretty.

But sometimes in that cleanup process, it strips out helpful information or it brings through something you're like, this isn't right.

I think that's rare, but it does happen.

But now what you can do is you can go into any imported transaction.

And this is for whether you have your YNAB directly connected to your bank or you're importing from a file.

Let me find a transaction here.

And you can tap into that.

And then in the payee field, tap there.

And then right there, you have the bank import details.

So here's this, this is United Airlines and it was a refund.

Okay, cool.

Let's go to McDonald's.

Yep.

So this is at McDonald's store number 3322.

So for all the budget nerds out there that want to, you know, break your McDonald's purchases down by store, gas station purchases by store, you can do that.

You can do that if you want.

The way I use it is for PayPal Venmo transactions because the payee is just Venmo.

And I'm like, well, if there were multiple Venmo transactions, you know, which one was for what and from whom's?

And so I use the bank import details to kind of give me more information there.
