The best way to troubleshoot a bank connection is to remove the connection or to delete the connection and add it back in.

But there's a lot with that.

One, it's confusing.

A lot of people would think, oh, I'm just going to unlink and relink, but that's not the same.

Yeah, but the whole process of then removing it, like, I don't know, that's kind of scary for some people.

You're like, what's going to happen?

Yeah, are all my transactions in YNAB going to be gone when I click this?

So now if you just run into a problem, just hit this reset button.

And you can access this on mobile as well.

And basically what it's going to do is remove that connection for you, re-add it, and just walk you through the credential sign-in process.

And I'm just showing the folks where to access that on mobile.
