What I'm saying is that organs from people who have euthanasia should not be used for donation or the system of payments to medical staff has to change.
Of the 565 people who chose euthanasia last year, 73 were organ donors, a tiny proportion of the 2,500 people in Spain who died and whose genetic material was used to help the living.
