I transferred information as a teacher.
Oh, I like that actually.
That's what the teacher does.
A good teacher will transform information and make sure that you do it in a way that the other side receives it in the right way.
But not a guiding light at all.
It's also a lot of luck.

With me, it's a little bit, it's not luck, but because people want to work in the comics, they make themselves available.
Whether it's through other comics who recommend it or managers or, you know, YouTube, I don't know.
And so I get to watch a lot.
And many said it once, many warned my boss.
And this I think is a key.
If you walk into a comedy club in a different country that you don't speak the language.
And you see the reaction of the crowd.
You can tell if the comic is good or not.
And a lot of comics that struggle and don't do well, lack the ability to listen to the feedback, to the laughter.
Yeah, a joke can bomb.
Yes, you can have a bad set, but on a consistent level,
If you don't learn to listen for your feedback, you'll never become a better comic or grow or flourish.
