Well, when I was looking back at the photos, what you do is you run pretty much cross-legged, like you need the loo.

And then you shuffle and you cry.

for hours and then every time you think i can't do this anymore i'm in so much pain you then remember who you're running for the charity and how you have to fucking do it and you just like no one's gonna say i know 11 miles sorry you probably have to can i have 25 pounds plus gift aid all right all right then it isn't even for the charity it's about the icon bear not being able to win it

So I swang my right leg over, which is fine.

And that was a bit stiff.

That was kind of like your normal marathon stiffness.

And then when I moved my left leg, which is the fucked one, I thought, oh my God, I'm bleeding internally.

And then I crawled around my friend's bed who had also run the marathon.

So she was just snoring and couldn't give a shit.

And I was just muttering, really sorry, really, really sorry, really, really sorry.

And then I crawled into the toilet and went for a slash.

Realized as well, actually, that that was probably only my second piss after the marathon because it was that hot.
