And so I think that's a core question anyone needs to ask is, are we actually good?

Or is there just so much demand right now that people are just looking for any port in a store?

Yeah.

And you can have that.

It's okay to grab a hold of that.

For sure.

But if you want to grow, if you want to scale, you've got to be looking yourself in the mirror and challenging to say, okay, even if we did just get lucky a little bit, now we've got to get good.

I think kind of in tandem with what you just described is I'll pick on another theme, but that idea that success changes the constraints, time, attention, capital, people.

You go back to our first call at 12 to 15 months and we had functionally all the time in the world for process and platform and product.

And because we were building up our client base and we weren't yet to full scale projects.

And now we look back and it's like, we have to fight.

like knife between the teeth, jumping out of the helicopter, full rainbow style to make 30 minutes to sit down and review an SOP or review a new procedure with somebody.

And our ability to like do a lot of that housekeeping homework.

And that's that platform stuff has gone from all the time we could possibly want.

I mean, it was driving us nuts.

Then we were all stir crazies.

And now it's like, please, dear God, can I have one day to sit down and build more process into what we're doing?

That's something I really like about the cultural artifact we have here around discipline, predictable, scalable.

And we have this little slide where I got to make up some math and say, you know, if your discipline's at a 10 out of 10 and your predictability's at a 10 out of 10, then scalability is just what happens at 100.

If it works, it's going to be amazing and lovely and cool, but it's very fragile.
