And that at the time was called juvenile diabetes because you didn't get the other type as a younger person.

And now they can't even call type 1 diabetes juvenile diabetes because so many kids are getting type 2 diabetes because of their diet and lifestyle.

I think that this is a total travesty in our country with the resources we have and what we know about nutrition that...

In the public schools, the food being served to these kids is horrendous.

And there's not more emphasis on physical activity.

I think education is the best place to do it.

And it's vitally important.

When I was a fat little kid, I felt like I was alone.

I didn't know another fat little kid.

When I look at schools, there are just so many overweight and obese little kids that it's very upsetting.

The suggestions, I don't think a lot of people pay attention to that.

Had they been paying attention to the previous one, we would be a healthier nation.

The government recommendations, yeah.

Had people been following the previous recommendations diligently, we would not be as obese as we are.

And so while I think they've improved on that, I don't have a huge amount of faith that –

that's going to actually solve anything for us.

For me, I think Maha focuses too much on ingredients.
