In principle, it would be tournaments managed by the International Federation of Tennis, the FIT, but that's not the case.
They are independent, they do what they want.
So, during the pandemic, I don't know if you remember, Roland Garros couldn't play in the spring, it was too complicated.
They decreed that they were going to move the tournament in November.

And a few years ago, Wimbledon decreed that they were too early.

They wanted to be more, a week later in the summer.
And so, they pushed.
