And also, maybe, the thing about gerrymandering is that you can only do it based on past information.
And so you have to assume all of the things will stay the same.
You have to assume all of the voters...
that voted the last time are going to vote the exact same way.
You have to assume that as you carve it up, people aren't moving, people aren't coming in.
So it is very difficult to do.
And when you have a kind of chaotic politics like we have right now, when voters feeling like we'll try anything, it makes it so much more difficult.
What they'll say is, one, Trump started this with Texas.
You've heard that.
But also, the times in which they have done this in both California and Virginia, it has been done through voters.
And so for them, it is trying to fight fire with fire.
We went to the people.
And we went to the people and that that is really important for them.
I think what they should be more focused on.
And frankly, if you talk to black electeds, this is where their head is.
It's less on, oh, my God, the redistricting in Virginia.
It's the Supreme Court putting the death knell into the Voting Rights Act a couple of weeks ago.
Yes.
And like literally Louisiana, who was having people actually already sending in their absentee ballots in their primary, stops the primary.
The governor stops the primary so that they can redistrict.
