Each county has their own, and the ballot board will meet the first meeting in Dallas is going to be on Monday.
Now, that ballot board will kind of get together, and they will, in fact, voteβ
to accept the pre and post 7 p.m.

So this is up to this ballot board because, as we all know, and I think Simone has stated a couple of times, the elections are run by the parties in Texas.
