We can't we don't that much control over our emotions and how we respond.

And uh that's um

Uh that's unfortunate, but that's how it is.

Uh also uh you see the way paid caregivers are treated, um either as pure instruments

Or as dispensable irritants.

And uh

This is so unfair to people who are acting in good faith, sometimes out of love.
