So when you look into today's tech landscape and in particular also informing connections, what comes to your mind when you first think about technology and trust?
And now you mentioned that you recently also the platform and how you built it up and the registration on Ne are increasing significantly.
Would you attribute it that people are just tired and that they also do not appreciate the anonymity of social media platforms or that they pay with their attention on those exact platforms to the increase of registration?
Or would you also say that it's due to the age
AI-driven interactions that now also come on top when people enter the digital sphere.
For people outside of Germany or maybe also for people within Germany that don't know neighborhood, could you briefly explain of what brings the reality into your context and also how do you build a platform, what it is, and how you shape those interactions?
Do you have an KPI that measures offline interactions?
So how many people have met up or made real life experiences based on online connections that they formed on Nimandi?
You've now been building the business, the company and the platform for like some time and people's expectations have been changing so much, mostly also recently with the like AI content that's been building or with the fatigue that we all experience.
If you look in the entrepreneurship perspectives on building the digital platform, what has changed over time and what are
Assumptions that are no no longer holding true right now that might have hold true f three to five years ago.
What is your personal driver of enabling those encounters with Nimandi and also how do you see, you know, your impact and what do you wanna change?
If we now look into the upcoming AI introductions and like the tools that everyone's using and we also, you know, create more fake realities kind of way, or also I mean, just recently I came across a book that is talking about artificial intimacy and like how what what else do we wanna, you know, bring into our lives that are made up artifacts and so
So I think it's a great way of providing exactly those offline conversations.
I I think it's super important to talk exactly about that because it also leapfrogs into the transition that you're on the way as a company and also as like the team that's building IMANDE.
And one of the decisions that you took quite early on is that you don't only wanna introduce AI tools to your team members, you wanna to redesign the organization in itself.
And you also wanna make sure that everyone feels on board or everyone feels unable to move along with you.
What convinced you that this was the way that you wanna lead into and also enable you as an organization forward by introducing a redesigned org structure and including technology as a backbone?
I think it's amazing because when you come from it's mostly vertical organized um hierarchies, right?
And what you described is the horizontalization of collaboration in a company.
