And we got a little bit of one of those uh one of those pieces of news that's like, hey, this thing's happening in fifty fucking years from now.
And you're like, oh, cool.
But it appears that the NHL is about to announce that Houston is getting an NHL team.
Now they probably won't start playing until the twenty nine-thirty season, but before this year is over, this announcement is going to be made.
NHL on track to award its thirty-third franchise to Texas.
There's been a lot of speculation on this show, on many shows about cities.
Looks like Houston is the winner.

So And Houston is the biggest city.
Like I didn't know that.
And in this article it says Austin, because obviously they're not going to end on an odd number.
They're trying to get to thirty-six, which I want to talk about in a second too.
But Phoenix getting a team back, Atlanta getting a team, and Austin are the other ones that are heavily in the running here.
Quebec City too, I guess.
But and and they reference Vegas when they talk about Austin going, it's a smaller city and we were scared about going to Vegas, but the f the small city almost helps because the fan base just becomes so rabid and that will happen.
It was only once, right?
