And I ran into that in terms of the fact.

And again, you've got to be open.

All of a sudden, I had a belief in my head that I was going in a certain way that my money was always going to do X, Y, Z. I was saving and sort of had that.

But, and it has to be said out there, it was that realization that life isn't linear.

So, you're not in control of your finances.

What can be the circuit breaker for that?

Is it the fact that now you are really feeling the pinch around the pressure of money is going around there?

And that's what I call controlling your controllables, right?

Going really, really simple and granular and getting back to your question before on about budgeting, right, is going, do I need X amount of subscriptions?

Do I need to be doing a certain level of spending that I currently am?

And it's starting there, right, and then working from there because, again, the marathon example is there as well.

It's not going to happen overnight, right?

So the way you break out of it is to actually step back.

And I talk about when I actually went and saw my uncle about when my sort of, you know, crisis came about of –
