No, and I've read it too, and it's brilliant.
I know Pete very well.
He and I love having online banter.
I also get very annoyed when he sits there and posts a photo about playing golf with his daughter because I just sit there and go, that is just so frustrating that I can't do it.
One of the things that I love about what Pete puts in there is about channeling your own journey, but also learning the stories.
And he loves a story.
Pete's always been a great storyteller.
And that's why it's a beautiful book to get your head.
It is a little bit more technical, but it gives you options in terms of how you think about it.
And again-
The key theme out of it, in my view, is diversification is everything.
It's property.
It's index funds.
It's bonds.
It's having cash.
And it's very close to my heart because what he talks about, and you just said it again, it was the question I had to ask you, his biggest takeout is understanding time.
His thing is his properties that he has are his time management of income.
So he's got investment properties that are paying him income constantly.
And as far as he's now concerned, almost forever because he probably won't sell a lot of his properties unless something forces him to do it.
And he talks about that.
