So I can give you an example.
It's a manual phone call typically to an applicant to try to get them on a call.
So you're chasing folks down.
And then once you get them on a call, you're having a 20, 25 minute phone screen to ultimately determine if this person's eligible for say an onsite interview.
Got it.

So all that legwork, all that manual work
is being automated so that now those recruiters can focus on value add tasks, right?
They can actually focus on the onsite interview.
They can focus on nurturing qualified leads and getting those folks across the finish line.
Well, this year we'll place well over 100,000 hires through Maya.
Yeah, tens of thousands of hires over the last 12 months.
And we're seeing a massive increase in adoption this year in Q4.
We expect to generate over 100,000 hires just in Q4 this year, which is really exciting, mostly because we're supporting some of that seasonal holiday hiring within warehouses, call centers, retail.
So we're going to see a pretty dramatic spike in Q4.
And yeah, I mean, we're just getting started.
So a lot of our large enterprises are converting now into these long term, high scale subscription deals.
So we're going to see that dramatically increase over the next decade.
