I am joined by two journalists from the BBC Afghan Services to hear more about the recent protests and how women's rights are being treated under current Taliban leadership.

Mahjouba, I'm going to start with you.
Could you explain why people were protesting in Herat?
And were both men and women protesting?
As you mentioned, protests under Taliban leader, under the Taliban authority right now is very, very difficult.
But any time that there have been protests, it seems that women have been on the forefront of those protests.
Having men supporting women in protests like this is quite a rare thing in Afghanistan.
