When Jesus is saying, talking about the scribes and Pharisees, the first thing he says to the crowds and to the disciples, he says, The scribes and Pharisees sit on Moses' seat, so practice and observe whatever they tell you, but do not what they do, for they preach but do not practice. voice-verified
