My brain is being like, okay, so we don't care.
Cause I was doing two, I was doing one, then two, then a couple of days, a couple of times I went three times and then my brain's like, oh yeah, we're in, we're in, we're in, we're in.
And then it's gonna take over our life.
I was like, I'm seeing that the basketball thing is starting to have negative effects on like being able to go to the gym and being able to like getting home at like 10 o'clock at night.
So I'm like, okay, I'm reining it in.
I'm going back to back once a week.
And I'm having to like really, like today, if it wasn't booked in, if I had to manually book myself into basketball today, I wouldn't have gone.
It's only because it's already pre-booked that I'm like, all right, I know I'm going, so I'm going.
Otherwise, bro, I'm checked out.
And I was saying about this, I don't know how aligned this thing is, but.
So the all or nothing mentality also knows black and white thinking stems from a mix of ancient survival instincts, childhood conditioning, and neurological or psychological factors like stress and anxiety.
