Like I was able to see Dead & Co.
at a Halloween show at Madison Square Garden.
And a bunch of stuff happened.
And people were dressed.
It was just this amazing, amazing scenario just getting into the building.
And then while we're sitting there, the lights went down like the show was going to start.
And then a single spotlight focused right in the middle of the floor.
And there was this really tall dude standing there.
And it was Bill Walton.
the basketball, the pro basketball guy who was famously a very, very big, big, literally big, tall deadhead.
And the crowd went crazy.
They just erupted.
And he just sort of waved his hand.
It was so nice, man.
And then about 20 minutes later, the band came out and killed.
But that was moments like that were just really, really special.
And then you did.
I did.
I took the train up and I went to the show and had another, like, 2 a.m.
