I cannot begin to tell you how miserable an experience it is.

You know, it's not something that you do very often.

And I thought, oh, this is 2022.

Of course, I decide the car that I want.

And then I go online.

I write to a bunch of dealers.

They sent me their prices and conditions.

And then I'm done.

In my imagination, that's how buying a car works in 22.

And I can tell you, it cannot be more different.

In fact, what was maybe the most remarkable thing was how everything that was wrong with buying a car in the real world, when you actually went to a dealer, they transferred everything beautifully into the online world.

Yeah.

So for instance, I happened to be abroad when I test drove the car that I was most interested in.

So I knew everything.

I knew the car that I wanted.

And so it was literally just me writing to all the dealers in my neighborhood and asking, do you have it?

And how much is it?

So the first thing you'll see is they're super fast responding.

Like your inbox is full for weeks.

None of the responses have remotely anything to do with what you asked them.
