I think
like we've said it on all of our podcasts, you know, sharing stories is the most kind of authentic, most it's the best way to kind of reach out to people to kind of discuss signs and symptoms.
So I I think your story and and actually your network is is one that actually it's it's amazing that you're you're you're reaching out via your network.
You're you you've created touchy feelings
To really push the narrative forward and and obviously the the myths bust the myths um and and support people in similar circumstances.
But we've also had conversations with the Metapol Society and some of the other um um um charities that we've worked with who have mentioned exactly this: that people don't quite realize that actually.
It it drives you into uh menopause, early menopause.
And they've they've done a whole we did a whole podcast on that.
It's like the barber shop then, isn't it?

I mean the inside of a woman's bathroom and you know, I don't
No, and and and again, we've always said it, we say it every single time.
We love the fact that celebrities are raising their personal circumstances.
It helps to raise awareness.
We love that.
I think from a cancer alliance perspective, we have done quite a few um podcasts and recordings on um kind of um the the um the prostate prostate.
Um I think the last one that we one of the ones that
did that we recorded on World Um Prostate Cancer Day was with Dr.
Ola Jide and one of my team members, Rishi.
