And I'm just looking forward to it.

Um, but it's how you deal with those, how you get up with those and the why.
Why am I doing this?
Again, going back to it's for the spinal cord injury spinal injury cord um community, for spinal injured Ireland and we're trying to get to that one million euro mark for them because

It's a community that really deserves it and most of the people who sustain a spinal cord injury
Their life has changed in the blink of an eye.
And it's this devastating injury.
Um, I just believe that, you know, sometimes there it's a community that's left behind because they're not as visual as um or as or there isn't as many spinal cord in people as there is with other illnesses and and and uh and other charities out there as well.
Well
Yeah, it really was.
It was just a simple act of lifting a metal bench.
It was no more than 60 or 80 kgs.
And yeah, I ruptured my T9, T10 and the T10 went through my spinal cord at several by 90%.
And as I said, it was a life changing instant in a split second.
Look it, I've come out at the good side of it.
Yeah, and that's a privilege and something that people take for granted every day.
Every step they take, they take it for granted.
