There's 15 process steps before we can apply for planning permission and another 15 before a crane goes on site.

So that's all over the country and people are just utterly frustrated about it at a much smaller level.

Ask them today, what's happened since?

The answer is nothing.

They're still working through processes to try and put a package together.

And they will keep doing that forever.

Yeah, and that's been fairly visible too, hasn't it?

And it's part of the dichotomy.

I think it's part of the resentment.

There are people really, really struggling to pay household bills to get by.

In rural Ireland and in urban Ireland, the people are really struggling.

And this is, you know, let's say, let's take the contractors, for example, the tractor drivers.

in seasonal terms, make their income.

And they're being screwed to the wall by fuel prices.

So I understand that anger.

And I think when you see the number of people who are wealthy and wealthier and wealthiest getting bigger and bigger and bigger, that fuels even more resentment.
