So I got the train up to Highbury and Islington, did parkrun with her and ran home.

And it was good because I was sort of passing on the tips that I got where I was like, you have to run really slowly.

I was getting her to do deep breathing and she was great.

But she kept like roaring and frustration.

I'd go slow down and then she would walk and I would go, don't walk.

And then she would speed up and go.

And I was like, fucking hell.

I mean, I do do that on some of my long runs.
