I really wanted to give people a Ritz Carlton experience on a Motel 6 budget. So it was just beautiful that I could, I know their names, I know their wants, I know their needs by asking them at least 22 questions because that typically breaks down the walls of defense with people. Because most people, they run into an insurance salesperson. It's probably right below having a root canal.
