Findlay, Shaughnessy. I raced yesterday, so my legs were a bit heavy. At the start, I felt alright, and then I had a good finish. The middle of the race was the toughest bit, though, because there was lots of hills. Yeah, it was a hard race. This is like my ninth year in a row doing this now. And it seems to get easier every time. I've got good coaches and good running partners to run with.
Dan Tomasi and Martin Soane at South London Harriers in Causton. I like to keep my running going when I'm older, whether it be like professionals or amateur. But I certainly want to keep it going.
