Yeah I've got to be honest, I've never done this route so this is a first time for me and if you are a virgin as well listening along to this for the first time, welcome.

Shall we just say that maybe we're passing the liquor land which is on our right about now.

Yep so we've done one episode of this in the past, you took us through the drive from, or the route from Auckland to Hamilton.

It was a massive success, well what we're calling a success anyway.

So what have you got in store for us today, of course you walked us through so many of your formative memories while we did that route because that meant a lot to you.

So on today's route, have you done some research?

Do you think that climate reputation that Hamilton had for so long, and still maybe has to this day, was fair?
