No, I'm not sure what anyone was really thinking with this, to be completely honest.
It came out in 2022.

It came out in 2022 and kind of didn't make much of a splash then.
And it was a very like it was a COVID production.
So it was kind of sexy.
You know, as you said, it's a cyber attack thriller series kind of focused on the UK being under threat of a cyber and a misinformation attack.
So it's set in this kind of government.
The first series was anyway, set in kind of the government buildings with this following this relationship between these kind of two groups.
gung-ho hackers who figure out the malware despite it all whatever and it was kind of praised for how like accurate it was from a tech perspective that does not make for compelling viewing respectfully like I don't find that like that I'm like immediately snore this series they're trying to expand the universe and kind of bring out a bit more it's a bit more character focused this stars Simon Pegg as Danny he's kind of the head honcho he's trying to stave off
the defence minister who's like attack Russia and also trying to manage like whatever's going on in his own personal life.
Like the actors aren't bad.
I just don't think they have a lot to work with.
Like it feels very shallow.
It's a little bit zippier than the first season, but it reminded me a little bit of there was a War of the Worlds reboot from last year starring Ice Cube in which he basically did the whole thing on a computer, which again, I don't want to watch someone on a computer.
