She says, you can never suffer enough to make others suffer less.

Choose joy.

Have the audacity to choose joy, knowing that even though people might think a certain thing about it, you know the impact it's having.

You know that.

That to be anything other than joyful, if you are feeling joyful, pretending to feel anything other than joy, if you do feel joy, would be silly.

You would be subtracting this beautiful gift of joy from everyone around you.

You deserve to be joyful.

You deserve to be happy.

You deserve to have a little skip in your step.

And you can give that to yourself.
